In celebration of Tom Felton's 18th birthday, like we did last year for his 17th, we will be collecting handmade pages from all his fans around the world and sending them to him in a birthday scrapbook. Last year was a huge success; Tom Felton thanked MuggleNet and Heather (the organizer) on his official site for the impressive gift!

• Only one (1) or two (2) pages per submission.
• NO emailed submissions will be accepted. Only submissions sent via snail mail and received by the deadline will be accepted. SORRY!
• All submissions should be standard computer paper size or smaller (8 1/2 by 11 inches). If larger, it will NOT be included.
• All submissions must be appropriate. No suggestive language, marriage proposals, etc.
• Do NOT attach any perishable items to your submission.
• If the box, envelope, etc that your submission is enclosed in does not have enough postage on it, it will NOT be included.

• Pictures (if they are of appropriate nature)
• Letters (either hand-written, or typed)
• Art (this covers a broad area - paintings, drawings, collages, etc.)

• Cards (they can be store-bought, but hand-made ones mean that much more!)

Please check these frequently asked questions if you are unsure about something BEFORE e-mailing us:

1. Can you use the front and back of one page? Yes, you can use the front and back.
2. What does "not enough postage mean"? Your envelope, box ect. with your submission has to have enough postage to send to Heather Davis (address above).
3. **Can you add a picture of yourself?** Yes, if it is of appropriate nature.
4. Can friends work on the same one together? Yes, if their submission follows the rules and the two page limit.
5. Will there be pictures taken of the final project? Yes, pictures will be taken and posted on MuggleNet.
6. How do I know that you received my submission and Tom Felton received the scrapbook? When we post the final project there will be a list of all the names that were included in the scrapbook. Tom also announces that he received it on his official site.

~There's a new Minister of Magic who looks like the Cowardly Lion
~Bill is marrying Fleur, nicknamed Phlegm by Ginny.
~Harry's Quidditch captain
~Snape is the Defense against the dark arts teacher, now how strange is that. And the new guy, Slughorn, teaches potions.
~Hermione asks Ron out to one of Slughorn's parties,
~then Ron catches Ginny and Dean making out behind the Quidditch pitch, tells her she's being dirty, and then Ginny tells him that he wouldn't know anyway since he doesn't have any making out experience and Harry, Hermione and her do. Then Ron and Hermione fight about Krum.
~Ron notices that Lavender's been winking and giggling at him so he hooks up with her to make Hermione jealous, and positions himself so that Hermione catches them "eating each other's faces" as she says. She calls him Won-Won, btw.
~Hermione retaliates by going out with someone Ron hates. My predicted dance-off doesn't happen, by the way.
~Harry debates what Ron would do to him if he hooked up with Ginny
~Harry decides he doesn't really care and hooks up with her anyway. Ron doesn't care either, apparently.
~REMUS AND TONKS GET TOGETHER YAY.
~But Harry first debates whether or not Tonks coulda been in love with her cousin, which is weird.
~Neville has absolutely no role, but Luna does.

IMPORTANT STUFF

~We find out that Snape is a loser and he and Draco are plotting to kill Dumbledore.
~Snape teaches Defense against the dark arts. New guy teaches potions
~Harry learns about Voldemort's past, and finds out that he shoulda been locked up in the mental ward from day one.
~There's these things called Horcruxes, that I'm not gonna explain. read the book yourself
~highlight to read, major major spoiler.>>~Snape comes in and actually does kill Dumbledore. Yep, that's right folks. Dumbledore kicks the can, bites the dust, etc. I cried when I read that.
~Ron and Hermione unofficially finally hook up as a result of his death
~Harry breaks up with Ginny as a result of his death to protect her from getting hurt. Crap. My favorite ship! I still have hope, though.
~They promise to hook up later, sort of.
~Hogwarts sort of closes, and Harry, Ron and Hermione quit school to go look for the Horcruxes. Wow. That is really strange.
~Harry gets Potions and combat advice from messages written in a textbook, by the Half Blood Prince

Well, until the next book, I guess. I'm so sad, though. I cried when Dumbledore died and almost when Harry and Ginny break up. It's complicated, this one.
